What exactly do you inspect?

Do you provide radon testing?
Yes! This is an important thing to do, especially in this part of the country. (This option is available as an add-on service only.)
Do you offer Commercial Inspections?
Yes, pre-purchase commercial inspections are provided. Industrial buildings, apartment complexes, schools, retail space, churches, restaurants, office buildings and more.

Can I see a sample report?

How long will it take to receive the report?
24 hours or less, guaranteed!
If for any reason we are unable to get the finished report to you within 24 hours of your inspection, you will receive a $100 refund off the cost of the inspection.
Can I attend my own inspection?
Yes! You are encouraged to come observe, ask questions and participate. Buying a home is one of the most significant investments you will ever make, and it is much better to have findings explained in person than only afterwards in a report.
